General Guidelines
- Respectful Communication: All posts and comments must be respectful, inclusive, and supportive. Hate speech, harassment, or divisive content will not be tolerated.
Solicitation Policy
To ensure that this group remains a safe and supportive space, solicitation is not allowed in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Promoting personal businesses, products, or services.
- Posting affiliate links or referral codes.
- Fundraising for personal causes or businesses.
- Direct messaging members for sales or promotions.
Allowed Content
We recognize the importance of celebrating our members and their achievements, as well as supporting events that align with our group’s mission. The following types of posts are permitted:
- Speaking Engagements & Recognitions: Members may share their speaking events, awards, or public acknowledgments, provided they are relevant to the group’s interests and values.
- Private Events Related to the Group: Announcements about group-sponsored events or member-hosted events that align with our mission and serve to educate, support, or empower members are welcome. Examples of allowed content include refresh events, book clubs, quarterly business round tables and luncheons.
- Member Spotlights & Achievements: Celebrating personal or professional milestones that inspire and uplift the group is encouraged.
Posting Approval
- All posts are subject to admin approval. If you are unsure whether your post aligns with our policy, please reach out to an admin or board member before posting.
- Posts that violate our solicitation policy will be removed without notice. Repeat offenses may result in removal from the group.
