Funds raised through the Tri-Cities Wine Festival will support programs to build leadership opportunities for women in our community.

 

Our nonprofit organization empowers women to grow their business and leadership by creating an environment to develop professional resources, build powerful connections, achieve balance, add value to their skill sets, and be leaders in their profession and industry.

We achieve this mission through four main avenues:

NETWORKING

PC holds social and business networking events to empower like-minded women to engage with one another.

Masterminds and other programs propel new ideas and encourage growth.

Through our network of diverse women professionals, we become stronger and more confident together.

ECHIEVING

Members are empowered to integrate work and life and to grow both professionally and personally.
